General Safety Rules

For your safety and the smooth operation of the park, please follow the rules below:

• Children and their accompanying adults must always follow the instructions given by the park staff and ride operators.
• All age and weight restrictions for each attraction must be strictly observed for safety reasons.
• The use of rides is not permitted for pregnant women, as well as for individuals with heart conditions, injuries, or other health-related issues.
• Sharp or dangerous objects are strictly prohibited in all areas of the park and on all rides.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the park and all play areas.
• Consumption of food, drinks, or chewing gum is not allowed in the playgrounds or during the use of rides.
• Any unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the premises.

Playground Rules (Inflatables)

• Entry is permitted for children aged 4 to 11 years.
• Upon entering the playground area, children and accompanying adults must leave their shoes in the designated shoe storage area.
• Wearing socks is mandatory at all times.
• Smoking and consumption of food or drinks are strictly prohibited inside the playground area.
• Children are supervised by their accompanying adults at all times.
• Park staff are responsible only for general supervision of the area and are not liable in case of injury.
• Children must remove jewellery, watches, and any sharp objects before entering the playground.
• Eating food, chewing gum, or candy is not allowed inside the inflatable area.
• Children and accompanying adults must follow all staff instructions and park rules for safety reasons.
• The playground staff reserve the right to remove children displaying aggressive or inappropriate behaviour.
• Upon leaving the fenced inflatable area, children must be handed back exclusively to their parents or guardians at the exit gate.
• Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of their owners. The park is not responsible for any loss.
• Somersaults, flips, and sliding head-first are strictly prohibited inside the inflatable area.

Baby Park Rules

• Children and accompanying adults must follow all instructions given by the staff for the best service and, above all, for safety.
• Entry is permitted for children aged 1 to 5 years.
• Children under 2 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Shoes must be placed in the designated shoe storage area before entering.
• Wearing socks is mandatory.
• Smoking and consumption of food or drinks are strictly prohibited.
• Children are not allowed to eat, chew gum, or suck on candy inside the Baby Park.
• Somersaults, flips, and sliding head-first are not permitted.
• Children are supervised by their accompanying adults at all times.
• Park staff are responsible only for general supervision and are not liable in case of injury.
• Jewellery, watches, and sharp objects must be removed before entry.
• Staff reserve the right to remove children showing aggressive or inappropriate behaviour.

Trampoline Rules

• Children must follow all rules and instructions provided by the park staff.
• Shoes must be removed before entering the trampoline.
• Wearing socks is mandatory.
• Use of the trampoline without adult or staff supervision is not permitted.
• Participation age: 3 years and above.
• Maximum allowed weight: 70 kg.
• Only one person per trampoline is allowed at a time.
• Somersaults, flips, and any dangerous movements are strictly prohibited.
• Changing position or jumping while seated is not allowed.
• Each trampoline mat is intended for one user only.
• Children who do not comply with the rules will be removed from the trampoline area.

Bungee Trampoline Rules

• All participants must strictly follow the operator’s instructions.
• Use is not permitted for individuals weighing under 17 kg or over 65 kg.
• Pregnant women and individuals with visible injuries, heart conditions, or other health issues are not allowed to participate.
• Consumption of food, drinks, or chewing gum during the activity is prohibited.
• Any unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the area.

Roller Skate Rules

• Use of the facilities is entirely at the skater’s own responsibility.
• Participants under 18 years old must submit a signed parental consent form.
• Wearing a helmet is mandatory. Additional protective gear (elbow and knee pads) is recommended.
• Skaters must follow staff instructions to avoid collisions and accidents.
• Smoking, eating, or drinking is strictly prohibited inside the skating area.
• Pregnant women and individuals with visible injuries, heart conditions, or other health issues are not allowed to skate.
• Any unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the skating area.

Carousel Rules

• Always follow the operator’s instructions.
• Children under 4 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Do not enter or exit the ride while it is in motion.
• Standing during the ride is not permitted.
• Consumption of food or drinks is prohibited.
• Hold onto the handrails or supports throughout the ride.
• Throwing objects inside or outside the carousel is strictly forbidden.
• The ride is not suitable for individuals with injuries or mobility issues that may compromise safety.
• Parents must remain nearby and supervise their children at all times.
• Staff reserve the right to remove anyone not complying with the rules.

Swing Ride (Aerokounia) Rules

• Always follow the operator’s instructions.
• Use is not permitted for children under 3 years old or over 10 years old.
• Each child must sit properly and hold the handrails throughout the entire ride.
• Standing up or exiting the seat while the ride is in motion is strictly prohibited.
• Do not enter or exit the ride while it is moving.
• Do not tamper with safety belts before the ride has come to a complete stop (if applicable).
• Consumption of food or drinks during the ride is prohibited.
• Pushing, pulling, or any dangerous behavior towards other children is not allowed.
• Parents must remain nearby and supervise their children.
• Staff reserve the right to remove anyone not complying with the rules.

Tornado Ride Rules

• Strictly follow all operator instructions.
• Entry is permitted for individuals 6 years and above.
• Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Standing up during the ride is strictly prohibited.

TRAIN RIDE – RULES

• Always follow the operator’s instructions.
• Children under 3 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Passengers must remain seated and hold the handrails  for support.
• Standing up during the ride is not allowed.
• Entering or exiting the train while it is moving is strictly forbidden.
• Consumption of food or drinks during the ride is not allowed.
• Pushing, pulling, or sudden movements inside the train are prohibited.
• Throwing objects outside the train is not allowed.
• Parents must remain nearby and supervise young children throughout the ride.
• Staff have the right to remove any person who does not comply with the rules for safety reasons.

BUMPER CARS – RULES

• Seat belt use is mandatory throughout the entire ride.
• Each vehicle may carry a maximum of two (2) riders.
• Entry is permitted for children aged 6 years and above.
• Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Riders must remain seated at all times.
• It is forbidden to extend hands, feet, or head outside the vehicle.
• The ride is not allowed for pregnant women, infants, or individuals with health conditions.
• Reckless or dangerous driving inside the track is prohibited.
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicle.
• Parents must supervise young children and ensure proper behavior.
• Staff reserves the right to remove anyone not complying with the rules for safety reasons.

BALLERINA RIDE – RULES

• Always follow the operator’s instructions strictly.
• Minimum entry age: 6 years.
• Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Riders must remain seated and hold the handles throughout the rotation.
• Standing during the ride is not allowed.
• Entering or exiting the ride while it is in motion is prohibited.
• Food and drinks are not allowed during the ride.
• Throwing objects during the ride is strictly forbidden.
• Parents must stay close and supervise young children.
• Staff have the right to remove anyone who does not follow the rules for safety reasons.
• The ride is prohibited for individuals with heart conditions, pregnant women, or persons under the influence of alcohol/substances.

POLAR EXPRESS – RULES

• Always follow the operator’s instructions.
• Children under 4 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Entering the ride while it is in motion is prohibited.
• Exiting the ride while it is in motion is prohibited.
• Standing during the ride is not allowed.
• Consumption of food or drinks is not allowed.
• Passengers must hold the handrails or supports throughout the ride.
• Pushing or sudden movements inside the train are prohibited.
• Parents must remain close and supervise young children.
• Staff reserves the right to remove anyone who does not comply with the rules.

HADO – RULES

• Suitable for ages 7 and above.
• Consumption of drinks, food, or chewing gum during the game is prohibited.
• The game is not allowed for pregnant women or individuals with heart conditions or similar health issues.
• Sharp or dangerous objects are prohibited inside the play area.
• Parents and children must respect age restrictions and follow staff and operator instructions.
• Any unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the area.
